is it possible to use a phase change machine (i.e. Mach II, Vapochill) as a water chiller? That way the temps would be low, and it would be nice and quiet. i dont need sub zero temps, just ambient temps that are achieved nice and quietly. I will be cooling a cpu, gpu, and a nb.
