You SHOULD be able to get it at a hardware store, if not try an automotive store. If you dont find it either place I'd say youd probably have to buy it online. I didnt even need it when I did up my pelt system though, i just used neoprene and then used silicone 2 to seal it off. Also if you dont find it called neoprene conformal spray, ask for silicone conformant, same stuff different name.
