You're breaking the atkins rule with those Mozarella sticks, which I'm nearly absolutely positive have more than 1/2 a gram of carbs per stick. You're not supposed to have bread.. unless it's low carb bread and then you're still limited on that.
Edit: 16 lbs in 2.5 weeks so far.
Still in Ketosis/Induction, havn't started Pre-Maint yet.
