I'll repeat again that I never would have started my diet if it hadn't been for this thread. I should drop below 200 lbs tomorrow (from 225); that was my initial weight goal but now I am headed for 185. The weight is just dropping off too easily and I don't feel really inconvenienced so I might as well just keep on til I am thin and not just "slightly husky".
