Numbers seem a bit off to me.

If you are getting a 1.8m dP with an Eheim 1250, I'd predict something like 3.3m dP and 5.5 lpm with the CM30. Don't forget that the pressure differential across the cooling system typically increases proportional to the flowrate squared.
