Default Iwill kk266 prob booting 12x100 cpu?

I recently ordered an iwill kk266 mobo...andthen i came across yet another review :P
In this review, it mentions the jumper that either allows you to run 100-132 or 133-160 fsb. However, one article mentioned that when you try to boot at the 133 fsb speed. The board will try to boot your cpu at 133x your native clock multiplier.
This is fine for those of you with 9x133 1.2 tbirds....but for those of us with 12x100 1.2 tbirds...this poses a problem:
Does your cpu have to be able to get past a 12x133 = 1600 MHz boot to be able to function at 133+ fsb at ANY multiplier?
Would i be better off with an abit kt133a board that doesn't have this 132/133 jumper on it?
Even though there are a few problems with this board...like having to disable a few things in the system devices settings to get the board to run....or are these only singular problems that don't happen with all abit kt133a boards?
help please
