*in a cool sounding annoucer type voice*
Okay Kats and Kittens, Kubs and Kiddies, prepare to be amazed, there are two major contenders that I know of that compete for the K0071sT R1G, and they are Vapochill's super cooling case, and the overclocker's hideout Case with there blizzard cooling system. Here's the workings on both.
Vapochill is currently the maker of the coldest case, they use a phase change evaporator system (like you fridge). the evaporator is located directly on the CPU (the entire fridge is localized on your CPU). this makes your CPU run VERY cold, then with some inventiveness they use a heating element around the CPU to reduce condensation. BE WARNED this rig is very effective and you will pay for it, they are expensive (around a meager 600$US).
Now then the runner up is the blizzard case w/ blizzard cooler from
http://www.overclockershideout.com , it is a high quality H2O/peltier combo cooling system, their case is a clear case with a compartment designed to hold the pump, and has convenient mounting location for the radiator. The cpu is cooled via a 72w peltier that in turn is cooled with a waterblock. It is a very powerful and nice looking case. Coming in at around 300$US for the setup it is a good price to performance ratio. But in addition you can just buy the blizzard cooling system by itself and install it in ANY case (provided you good enough with this stuff).
Well, there's my little annoucer thing,
having fun,
