The blizzard kit will only work with the pelt using a slow processor, IE anything less than a gig will most likely work (accept some Athlons that put out more heat than it can handle and will actually kill your proc if you use it because of heat issues ...
You could get a bigger pelt (100W+) but the Vapochill has all of the kinks worked out and is a very good product, though for $600 it better be
I think you were talking about a regular case? If so I would suggest you just get a big case and mod it youself. My upcoming case that I am going to make myself will probably have about 500-750 CFM flowing through it at full voltage (12V to all fans) though it will be still nice and cool and
