I have the 8KNXP rev.2 Ultra version water cooled. OC's better in this rig than my P4C800 did. Same everything just different board.

The Gigabyte has dual raid options as well as dual SATA if you get the non-ultra version.

And you can cool the DPS, if you go to the last page of the water cooling gallery you'll find pics of my Gigabyte and bladerunner replies with pics of his water cooled dps. It's a custom block and I believe he makes a comment that it's overkill to cool the DPS. Mine doesn't get very hot at all.
