This pump too much?

Was browsing a local pet store looking for water pumps. Found a box on the bottom shelf on sale that had obviously been sitting for quite a while. Looked at the label and it was some impressive numbers, it also said "titanium pump" on the outside so since the box was opened I checked it out. It looks VERY impressive and I just looked it up on their site since I had never heard of these pumps before. The pump does 120 gph @ 24' head It's not much bigger than an eheim and has a titanium rotor and seperating wall.
Was wondering if this pump just might have a bit too much pressure for a water cooled rig. The specs are a bit off the charts compared to the Johnsons and Iwaki's I've found. It's expensive but I don't mind paying more for quality and since I just recieved my WW block I'm gonna wait until I have something much better than my Swifty 300 to run it. Any comments or if anyones seen these let me know.

The one at the store is the T1 I believe.
