I don't see anything wrong with his temps. My dual board (p4dce+) is like that also. My air cooled rack case shows 32 mobo, 22 cpu1, 28 cpu2. My room windows are open and the outside air is about 7 degrees C.

My single board reads the opposite. cpu is 28 and mobo is 24.
