I am assuming that you are using different loops because you are only running pelts on the CPU, not the rest of the stuff?

If so, what I've seen on pelts suggests that you want two completely seperate circuits since each will be operating at a different temp range.

If so, you can't use a splitter setup and a single pump as that would be combining the two loops! You need a seperate pump for each loop. This will be more expensive, but each of the pumps can be somewhat smaller, so you should be able to save some there. I would expect that any good quality, reasonably high head pump should be able to do the job on a single loop.
