Actually the layout of a USB port is: Vcc (red) Data- (white) Data+ (green) GND (black). On five-pin headers the fifth is also GND, (also black). This often connects to the shield of the cable or port.
So you got connections for three USB ports on there, all mixed up a bit. no matter. Just make sure each port has a Vcc, matched pair of data- and data+, and a GND.
