I Can Tell you now, that is too far for RJ45.
RJ45 should not be ran over 100 meters to include all cables from computer to comptuer. After that your signal will start to degrade.

I'm not sure but I don't think wireless will work either becuase of the distance,plus it is really unsecure.

Single mode fiber can be ran up to 3000 meters and multi mode fiber can be ran up to 2000 meters.

Coaxial cable can run up to 500 meters but then you will have to change your NIC's, and yes it runs at 10/100 Mbits too. This may be your best best.

If you are using a router/switch without coax connections, you might be able to find a "Transceiver" to connect it all. that applies to any medium that you need to convert too.
