Have never heard of the DFI Infinity boards for AMD so I can't comment on it.
The Asus boards are good, but lack a wide range of voltage options.
The Epox and Abit boards are on par in terms of voltage and FSB selection for overclocking, but the Abit NF7 boards have better voltage regulation circuitry, and that's my opinion after owning a number of each of the Epox and Abit boards.
Given the number of NF2 boards that I've gone through, my recommendation goes with the Abit NF7/NF7-S.
