That's fine, but before spending your money, do a search for, "BGA heatsinks" at SVC.

They have a number of other sinks for BGA ram, that will fit better than those suggested by Ewout_v8. The ones he posted a link to are more for the mosfets, voltage regulators and old style rectanguler memory chips, they aren't wide enough for BGA memory.

If I were to spend money on factory made ones, this is what I"d buy.

These are also OCZ, but made for BGA memory chips. Also a bit lower cost than Tweakmonster's chrome sinks, and offer more surface area than the Tweakmonsters as well.
