What you are talking about, according to OCZ both of these should be able to fit on BGA ramsinks SUCH AS the mem on the 9800 pro, which i believe is definately BGA sized. Although I see your point how these should fit better, the OCZ did say it not only on the website... However I never saw the 'perfect quote' statement . Anyway I would just get the copper ones since they are cheaper if you don't want absolute performance and a more budget minded pc (cough my pc, and yes i should be getting these ramsinks soon )
