You will find the dimensions for all CPU's from the technical sheets on the manufacturers website.
By the circle do you mean the blue elipse in your drawing? If so a 56mm radius is going to be huge.

I asked something similar to this last October about a few blocks (to no avail) because I wanted to create CAD models of existing blocks to compare with my design in CFD but I quickly realised I didn't have time to teach myself how to use the software. You can get a really good idea of the dimensions from photos though just print them out to scale and measure them
