Last week I bought a new XP1700+, and most of the stores had recently made Tbred A's like the one posted by joe. The only place that I found with B's had this JIUCB 0325 (made at end of june), but is an 1.6V chip and not a great overclocker as most recent chips used.

But there's one really weird thing in this chip that bothers me:

As my mobo don't has an option for Vcore, I'm used to raise it to 1.85 by closing L11 bridges, but this chip has the bridges end dots insulated, so none of the tipical methods of closing bridges work here.

It seems to me that AMD is taking some anti overclocking measures, to force us to buy higher rated chips, by making less atractive cheap ones.
