Well, my training partner is 10 yrs. younger than I am, and I regularly run him under my tires when it comes to the lifting (he especially liked the 5 supersets of 250# leg extensions with 1000# leg presses, 15 reps each
). He can, however, do more cardio than I can. Once again, damn kids
