Thanks. Have had no luck searching for that thread so instead I'm just copying the data from our backups to another Snap Server we have (12000).

Out of interest though, it appears that some files are not copying across because the file name is too long. By my reckoning (counting existing subdirectories) the file name allowed is only up to 64 characters. There surely is a way to make this higher? The Snap 4000 definitely was higher.

Any ideas?
