PMMA testing question.

Does anyone know if Intel is having more problems? They were running more mask samples than usual here a couple of weeks ago. The last time I can remember them running as many samples through was last year when the 90 nm process was in trouble. Anyone know anything more concrete?

Not sure. They do advanced R&D here. Usually has more to do with process fab details of the masks. But I guess it could be -
