cooling the human body

I am working on a system in which we need to cool the human body.

Does anyone know a device that can create a cool airflow.
For this warm air or diesel (input) can be used.

It needs to be small and light enough to be carried on the body.

A winter coat with copper tubes through which cold gas flows from some kind of backpack compressor?
