help me please
Right now I a 300w power supply in my computer, I would like to add this Ice-71 peltier (http://www.tedist.com/specs/index.html) on my processor (Athlon 500 Oc @ 800 @1.75v).
Will I need to get a larger power supply? |

Yeh you might want to look into a 400 watt, or mounting a second PC in the case just for the pelt.

Theoretically, you might be okay... It is an 80w pelt at 16v. You're gonna run it on a 12v line. I don't feel like doing the math, but I think that's 60w. Can you system run on 240w? Most likely... but maybe not.

you will be fine and most likely reach atleast 1C using watercooling
its not fully optimized, but it will work fine as long as you dont have 5 harddrives on it, you sould be ok :P |
