Default Guide?

Can someone post a link to an idiot's guide to Pelt Cooling? I mean if there is such a thing. I'd like to read up about the basics, like how to keep condensation off of the proc, what to use to take the heat off of the hot side, etc without bugging the board with tons of old questions.
