Default Water Wetter comparisons.......

Has anyone ever tried comparing temps with water wetter in their system to temps that don't have water wetter?

Kind of like a before and after reading on the same system.

I'd be interested to see if it actually makes a difference on a watercooled computer to a watercooled engine.

The benefit of WW is not having to use a 15% to 20% glycol mixture, I imagine there is a performance difference with that comparison.

I'd like to know if anybody has checked how much of a temperature difference there is between using glycol mixtures and using Water-Wetter. Water-Wetter can cause problems with certain brands of vinyl hose and acrylic plastics. Acrylic plastic is used for a lot of reservoirs. I'd also like to know how well a 15% to 20% glycol mixtures protect against corrosion. Since automobiles use a 50% mixture, I'd assume (quite possibly incorrectly) that the amount of corrosion inhibitors in them is adjusted for that level and that lower mixture levels may not provide enough protection.
