Go the xtremesystems.org forums or extremeoverclocking.com to find a phase change builder. I suggest drewmiester at extremeoverclocking.com forums since he is professional at hvac and builds custom units and is in the US.
Noob of Leet builds cheaper units in both forums |

If you wan't it built into a case, good luck.
Great cases: little devil at xtreme systems noob of 1337 can build you whatever you want. Drewmeister is best in quality, but keep in mind he bears a big price tag for the performance increase over all the other builders. But he can build you something cheaper. Drewmeister has access to hue amounts of gasses. If you have plenty of cash check out the ss-x v1.1 of his. good luck! p.s. Sneil also makes good units |
