Danger Den email response time
Hi all,
Most of everyone here probably had dealings with Danger Den at one time or another. I was hoping if anyone can tell me how long they normally take to respond to emails? There were a few things wrong with the mailing address (country was wrong and the company name was not included). I sent an email asking for the correction a couple of days ago and got no response back. Is this normal for them or should I start worrying? Thanks in advance... |

For myself, there have been several occassions where responses took several days. I've also talked online with a number of people inquiring about the same issue...they too had been waiting for several days.
I've also seen the many reports of DD's excellent response times...tho, I've never seen it for myself unfortunately. This is NOT a slam against DD. It's just fact. I think DD runs a pretty good shop and produces quality product. But email response times, from what I have personally experienced, need some work. |

Thanks for the info guys. I shot an email to dano@dangerden.com and he got right back to me within the hour to say he would look into it.

I found it took weeks to get mail back from sales, although if you email the webmaster it's near instant!
HighvoltagePC, did you notice the thread by the German guy (it's now about 10-15 down)? I love my maze 2 "upgrade", but according to hos site, there are four unheard of water blocks which beat it!!! Max difference was under 2 degrees, but definetly worth checking out!!! http://www.low-noise.de/web/index On the left theres four blue links, I think the first is about his means of testing, the second is radiator tests, and lastly the waterblock tests!!! Looks premier, wish I could read german.

I don't like Gammel Dansk... hehe, I'd rather have Danzka Vodka...
Thanks for the advice, but I gave up on the idea some time ago.. |
