and then I noticed Olivier updated the site and posted to this thread SAD DAY I posted to that thread and my posts were deleted and my account was closed... When I sent an e-mail asking what's happening, I received an e-mail from sister Suzanne again, stating that Olivier is in a coma... now why posts were deleted and my account's been closed?? Now to clarify things, Olivier got water-cooling gear from CoolTechnica back in November 2003 and didn't make a payment ever since... So if it's hiding from me, or in disguise as sister Suzanne, he's got a reason for that... which i still do not want to believe he can do such a thing... but anyway, if he's doing the same thing to the customers, that doesn't sound good... considering the fact that Lux-Design is going out of business... so if anyone has any info I'd really appreciate it...

Have you contacted an attorney about this Bruce? Or is the $$ not worth the effort? I have a friend of the family here who is a non-practicing attorney; I can run this by her and see if she has any suggestions re: Canadian law and business practices

If i'm not mistaking, he disguised himself as an independent water-cooling female tester, no? Guess, this dude also turns out to be a "Chip Inside"... - very bad j/k

Now since he didn't return neither my e-mails nor phone calls, I posted a message on his forum asking where he's hiding??? He didn't reply to the post... but when i PMed him, someone did PM to Olivier over at LUX-DESIGN Forums - .PDF FORMAT Sister Suzanne is responding to my PM at 3:20am EST on a monday... She's a cool sister ofcourse, who can admin / monitor the site, the store, does shipments so she can respond to PMs at 3:20am... Even though, she doesn't answer the phone calls, nor e-mails... 2nd reply from Suzanne - .PDF FORMAT She (?) doesn't even know who I am. I didn't mention anything like i'm Olivier's friend or anything... and yet she's emotional... She(?) has a job and a family of her own, and yet she's up all night... hrmm maybe i should contact Penn & Teller EDIT: edited the link/EDIT

Just to be devils advocate here...
what if he is sick... and it is his sister... mebe you should get some facts first... mebe call some hospitals in the area... if nobody has heard of him there then maybe legal action is nessary.. but i wouldn't feel to good serving someone some court papers.. but only being able to do it to a guy in a coma... my 2¢ worth

is that consistent with the wording of their "going out of business" sale MadHacker?
I would argue not.

Well crap. Bought some stuff from them a few weeks ago, now I feel all dirty...I don't care if the dude's in a coma or not. If they've got someone minding the store and taking orders, that someone oughta be paying the bills.

and also being in a coma bullshit still doesn't explain why my account is closed and my posts been deleted in his forum. If it's really the sister, who's this then posting in the forums: SAD DAY Suzanne disguising herself as Olivier? If i believe that Olivier is really sick, i would be more than happy to run for his help. But he's making money on something that he didn't pay for, and when asked about payment he's in a coma. Come'n... don't be naive... Actually this whole bullshit is making me really sick, and it's beyond the point of, not paying for the merchandize that's been purchased 6 months ago.
