Question on ATX connector

I want to test my water system, and am wishing to power up a spare PS and pump outside the case without the MB connected. What is required to start the PS in this way?

Jumper from the green wire to the black wire which is next to the blue wire.

orange-blue-black-green

jumper black and green.
