Default Watercooling Soltek 3801: Newbie to SFF

Hey all,
I'm seriously looking around for way to cut my PC weight, and I've been looking at the Soltek 3801. Unfortunately, I've never worked with a SFF machine in my life and I have a few questions.

Possible System Setup:

Soltek EQ3801
Nvidia 6800GT
Enermax 270W PS
Athlon64 3000+
1GB (512x2) PC4000 Kingmax RAM
NEC ND-2500 DVD-Burner
LiteOn 48X CD-Burner
120GB WD Caviar (7200RPM)
80GB WD Caviar SE (7200RPM)
Swiftech MCW6002 Waterblock
Ehiem 1250 Pump
Undecided Radiator
Undecided GPU Waterblock
Undecided Reservoir

Hopefully I'm going to overclock as much as I can once Soltek releases their BIOS that supports 300FSB. Most of the watercooling is definitely going to have to be mounted externally. My problem is the power supply. Is 270W enough for all this stuff? I looked at the amperage for the +12V rail and it's 20A. People on Anandtech are saying that a system like this needs at least 24A on the +12V rail.

Input would be very appreciated

So having two cases is going to cut your weight?
Looks pretty tight in that tiny case (Newegg link for anyone wondering what the heck we're talking about).
You care about weight for lugging to LAN parties?
I note the 3801 is a barebone system and comes with a 250W PS. Are you planning to replace this? I would guess that it's a non-standard form factor...

Here is a link to an Anandtech review of the Soltek QBIC EQ3801.

I'm just sick and tired of my all steel three foot tall antec case. It's a pain in the ass to lug to college and up the stairs. Hopefully the final product will just be that tiny case with a radiator, pump, and reservoir stuck to the top somewhere. Even if it is 30-40 pounds in the end, it'll be infinitely easier to grip and hold than a huge case that I can't even get my arms around.

The 250W PS is definitely going to go. It seems that currently the 270W is as high as PS go for SFF, but I could be wrong. I need to ask around a bit more. The barebone system is designed to run an A64, a high end video card, two CD drives, and two hard drives though, so somehow 250W has got to work.

Nice. What amperage should I be getting at? I'm going to be overclocking.
