Default Peltier..

how strong does a peltier need to be to keep a thunderbird @ 1500-1600 @ 2.30V under 60 degrees celcius?

60 degree C???? What do you think of AIR cooling.... that should be a lot easier.

To answer your question 156W should be enough (for 60C....)

what is the best heatsink to cool the peltier with? i already got a 60cm 36cfm fan..

if you're on 60C you're too hot, get a better cooler for your chip before you get into peltiers.
As for HSF cooling of pelts on tbirds, forget it, it's not going to happen.
Edit:
Also a 36cfm fan is only just enough for the cpu at 2.3V, maybe you should try slackening the voltage a bit.
