Default PA120.1 with Shoud OR PA120.2 without???

I'm stuck for space so can have one or the other - any ideas on which would be better?

1): PA120.1 with shroud and fan
2): PA120.2 with two fans (no shroud)

I'm leaning toward the PA120.2 without shroud at the mo! Would have gone for a PA160, but it's too high (160mm)!

Cheers

120.2 always better than 120.1, whether shrouded or otherwise.
