TEC supliers? and help

2 things:
DOse anyone know a TEC supplier that will supply to the UK??? any? (not only in bulk thought i only want 1 or two.)

also how can i work out how cold a TEC can get? i know i want to make a cooler (for a school project.) and i know what temperature i need it to get to, but who to i work out what TEC i need. all the articles on sites don't go that far in explaining.
