IMO 100f(~38C) for a pump isn't bad.
To be safe look up the nominal operating temperature for your pump. I expect it is well within spec. If it is then I wouldn't worry about it.

What type of pump are you using.
As long as its not dropping that head back into the water it would be prefectly fine. As with operating temp most are -10C ---> 60C so your well within specs. |

Im not a huge fan of AC pumps, they dump to much heat into the water and are much noisyer than their DC brothers. The size of that pump is huge.
Look at this pump Alphacool Laing DDC-Pump 12V Ultra, it is only 62x62x38mm consumes 18w of power, while your pump uses 126w and yet it is more than plenty for any multi block solution out there today. Your pump allows ambient air up to 25C and fluid up to 66C, it also has a shut of of 19 which I don't know how its measure but I would be careful, if the pump shuts off it will take secounds to fry your components. This post is alittle off topic but I believe the savings you would make on your power bill (esp if you left your comp running 24/7) the DDC Ultra pump would pay for itself in the long run.
