Whats the best board for a AMD socket A 1ghz 266FSB? Right now i'm looking at the ASUS A7M266, but its pretty expensive...

Epox 8k7a is what i recommend , I have one and I love it

If you want a DDR capable board, go with the AMD 760 chipset (the A7M266 is the Asus version of this board).

If you want a non-DDR board, then go with the VIA Apollo KT133a chipset. The Asus A7V133 is the best of its kind.
