The fan on the top of the heat sink does that suck air onto the heatsink or blow air out.
If it sucks air in could i say mount a fan that i retreived out fo a dead power supply to blow more air onto the whole lot.

In Communist they suck air out, heh heh, but any other country they blow air onto the Heatsink. Your much better off buying a Global win fan, or a black label delta, something that is designed to sit on a sink. Try www.millisec.com for some great fans. Save your larger fan for case cooling
