Can't delete files on a Snap 410

I have more than 10 Guardian OS Snap Servers, all running well (Guardian OS 4.4xx and OS 5.2xx) under Windows 2000, XP and W7 Clients.

Now here is a Snap Server 410 (OS 5.2) with 4x2000Gig harddrives run into problems.

I can copy and save files. But I can't delete or edit (and save!!) them. Windows (all releases) say: file is open.
Everything is justified as on the other servers.

Its unbelievably - I can not locate the mistake. Today I 'played' 5 hours ..

Do you have hints for me?

Thanks
