UPS Beat Up My Package! (Pics!)

For some history on the bad things UPS does to fragile packages, go here to find out what happened to this guy who shipped 2 G4s, a PC and a monitor via UPS Ground. I saw this right after I had ordered a handful of components from CDW, shipped via UPS. I figured it should be OK, this was probably an isolated incident. So my box arrives. Sorry, no isolation here. Granted this is not as bad as the guy in the above link, but it still shows a general lack of care for packages.

Pic2: It looks like someone kicked it!

No actual damage was done to the contents, which is good as it was several hundred dollars worth of components.

My advice/lesson/whatever: If it costs more than $10, ship it FedEx.

I think I would have packaged it more securely myself...im sure he will as well "next time"...

my dad and stepmom work at UPS, they probobly didnt do anything, it was most likley those evil package goblins

dont mean to be a dick in response, but if you do anything like that at UPS, its grounds for getting fired. :-\
