Need help with WaterBlock design

hey guys

i need some info on what design to use, how far in i should drill and what size should be used with a 3/8" system

look at other waterblock designs, the maze2 and spri@l are most popular right now

now i need to know how wide & deep (or how much copper should be from the die to the groove) the groove should be??

FYI i'm running a 1.4 t-bird w/Epox 8K7A

most people are around 2-5mm.

it'd pay to make it 6mm thick, then sand down, until you get your best temps

oh and if i make the top out the waterblock out of Plexiglass would the performence still be good?

Top has no bearing on performance, but it may be harder to seal then copper because you can't solder plexy.

make the channels about 9mm wide, cause 3/8 is 9.5mm wide
