Joe..pretty sad attemp at using Hendrix...but anyway.....that Plumbers Goop that you talked about. Can it be used in place of silicon to seal around the edges of the socket and to cover the inside of the socket as well as the back of the socket on the motherboard. Also some multicolored foam was mentioned and used to insulate a water box. Can this foam be used around the socket, and inside the socket. Will it mold if it is exposed to moisture. I have my Maze 2 waterblock ready to go and I am going to use a Bottled water cooler to chill the water.

You know ...I am new to this forum and have posted several questions regaurding watercooling. And the first reply I get is an Ignorant comment like yours. Lots of people post there spec so that when they ask a question they dont have to worry about listing there system specs.......Thanks for the WARM WELCOME.......

Doug, never mind him, hes just some pot head junkie..
I wouldnt use goop on stuff like that Doug, its too strong and perm. Yer better off using some conformal silicone instead as it is flexible and wont GLUE stuff solid.
