How does the Epox 8K3A do w/ the dimms full?

I have 3 dimms of Micron PC2100 CAS2 stuff. I'd really like to get this 768mb of memory at PC150 as I know my CPU will go that high. I'd love to get higher as well. How does this mobo do when the dimms are full?

I've seen someone running with 1.5gb in it at 167mhz fsb. I presume thats fairly rare though

It probably is pretty rare, but if he could get that high w/ 3 dimms, I could probably get 150 w/out much trouble. Thanks, Brad.

It's a 333 board, so it's designed to run 166.. Crucial is now selling 333 ram.. I would assume with Crucial's ram, and that board, it'd be a no brainer doing 166, even with all the slots loaded.

Una's got a good point actually, it is rated for 166, and it has 3 dimm slots, so it should all work...

I'm running 768 MB of genuine Samsung PC2700 in mine, currently at 195 FSB (390 DDR) just fine, @2.8vdimm. (v1.2)

I was NOT able to do this with Kingmax ram, though.

Stick with _genuine_ Samsung ram. (bought mine at newegg.com)

The board works fine with 3 sticks at stock speeds. You may have to increase the dimm voltage a little for stability though. Secondly, once you use more than one stick, the board reverts to 2T command rate, as well as most other boards. This degrades memory performance by a LOT. I lose 400 memory points in sandra when I put my second stick in.
