Does anodizing like the overclockers hideout and the new swiftys block stop corozion or does it just slow it down?

Anodization is a form of corrosion, but will create a barrier against further corrosion. Although it seems in theory it should be enough, it's never completely perfect and you should take all precautions in a mixed metal system that you normally would.
One note though is that anodization is also a thermal barrier, and although I would prefer an anodized block if I was mixed metal, at least remove the anodization from the base of the aluminum units by lapping them flat.

Another plus of the swiftech blocks is that a good percentage of the block is Aluminum, this makes the blocks much lighter then all copper blocks. Great for dual setups where weight is a major concern. Surefoot has a recent topic on this.

Get a Maze2.2. Swiftek blocks aren't the best and the Maze pelter clamp is awesome.
