Danners: Shielded or Not?

I ordered a Danner MagDrive Model 3, and I would like to know if its magnetically shielded or not.

I heard some people say its not, but if Eheim's are, Danner's should be too, since all impeller style pumps are pretty much the same.

Have any input?

Dont know for sure, but rest assured, its more shielded than my $30 rio 1400, and its in my case. It is about 3 inches from the mobo and video card both. Its about 4 inches from my hard drive and its never caused me problems yet.

There are 2 pictures of people with danners in their cases. I'm telling you! You dont have anything to worry about!

Is it just me or does the danner in the first picture look somewhat wet ?

No, it's all dry...

The pump is not shielded, but that's OK, it won't affect anything.
