Default fuxored my board bad.....

ok so i was soldering on some resistors to bump up my VIO voltage a little and i kinda soldered off this itty bitty resistor. the thing is the size of a tip from a ball point pen. now i have the resistor still and i cleaned it up as much as i could, and the solder spots on the motherboard are ok. i was thinking about trying to replace it, but i got like 4 M ohms off the little sucker. i doubt if thats right, but...i want to try to fix this.
some Q's i have about soldering it back on:
how to hold it in place? (some kind of mini vise or something)
how to solder it and not unsolder another one?
flux possibly?
will my board have a chance of living at all?
and if i cant do it, can i possibly send it to a soldering master here on the forums? (ill pay shipping both ways)

any help would be appreciated very very much.

Since both the resistor & board already have solder on them, this should be rather easy, especially if you have flux.

Just hold down the resistor with something thin, small enough not to get in your way. Apply a smal bit of flux(non acid!) to the joint. Set a small drop of solder on your iron then just dab the joint and hold just long enough for the solder to flow & stick to both the resistor & board.

Let cool, then do the other side.

tweezers

definately tweezers. Those stupid little resistors are impossible to use effectively by hand. Stupid machines...
