Looks good, but I have some questions:

Won't the Panaflos overpower the Enermax?...

...Unless those four 'knobs' on the side are attached to rheostats, which leads me to a third point (possibly invalid)...

...why four rheostats for three fans?

My thought of that was that the heatercores would slow the airflow down to a point that the enermax fan could exhaust all the air, which seems to be the point from observation. When the Panaflo's are at max speed (max noise ), The enermax fan appears to be to overworking (at max speed). There is also no noticable change in exhaust flow when the enermax is at its slowest or fastest speed.

Yes the fans are wired to a premade rheobus which came with 4 nobs. So the fourth one really doesn't control anything for now.

How does your system like the four disconnects? And are they full flow, SESO or DESO? Also, are they 3/8" flow?

Unfortunately I'm in the process of transfering my computer to my new case and have yet to test this thing out . The disconnects are full flow (Straight through), but what is worrying me is that looking through the qd's they have (what do you call it) a plastic x-shape molding inside. I was thinking on drilling them out but I want to see how it performs first. And they are 1/2" qd's.

I'm wondering if the 1250 is going to be powerfull enough to pump water through 2 Y adapters and through 4 disconnects and also up 4' to where my computer is going to be. Should have kept one of my 1060's .

Judging by the size. I'd say your looking at getting some high temps. Cause it looks like the heatercores don't have enough room to breathe.

I'm confused. Are there two large holes on the other side of the box where air flows out through the radiators?

Looks like a nice setup, but I agree with the above post, if the holes I am referring to are not there, air flow is going to kill your efficiency.

See thats the bad thing he never showed th back of it. Looking at the Enermax fan it looks like it is a adjustable speed fan. So wouldn't havin it hoooked up to the rheo be kinda stupid.

I'm sorry to say that I don't think it will You'd be much better off by getting a hold of an Iwaki MD20 or some other 500gph pump with a crap load of head. I bet your high temps are the result of too low a pressure/velocity from your pump.

Sorry guys, I forgot to add a pic of the back (see below). Air is sucked through the hc's by the 2 panaflo's and out through the enermax. The enermax is 3 way adjustable, but I set the Pot on high, and hooked it up to my rheostat so I can control it through the knobs.

It appears after spending quite some time putting my computer together that my CMOS is corrupted and have to RMA it . I did however run my watercooling through the case and wb and apparently the 1250 seems to be powerful enough to flow a decent amount of water (have yet to flow test it).

looks very clean. i would've made the rad intake holes the full size of the fin area, but with the way you mounted the fans and rad, i dont think this can be done, but you can enlarge the holes a little. it might be better to swap the fan grills out with some anodized fan filters like these or these. if you do this tho, you wont be able to make the intake holes any bigger (assuming thats a 120mm fan grill).
if you dont want to buy anything, you can just put a used anti-static dryer sheet over the fins; that works pretty good as a dust filter (but it would be visable and might not be to your liking, unless the rad intake holes are out of sight).

so, looks good, but needs filters so dust dosent clog up your rads
