Better pics of my redesigned cooling rig.

Ok, here are pics. I would post it 3weeks ago but forum didn't work then. So here is my redesigned cooling rig. It took me 2days to finished everything. I went to work as soon as I got new Eheim 1250 water pump. (which was btw. very hard to find in Slovenia).

I secure Eheim pump to the case by using a lot of rubber washers, so there is very little vibration transfered to the case, and that's why the pump is very quiet.

This is the bleeder with thermometer inside, a must thank Turbokeu for the idea, I very much coppied it. It works great btw.

Ok here is my heater core (all copper) works very well. I made new water connections from 16mm ID copper pipe, and put on Claber quick click connections, don't mind the dust on radiator it's clean now.

And finaly what was gained. TB 1G @ 1570 (10*157) seti load 35°C, water temp 25°C and 22°C ambient temp.
And once more everything is very silent, so I have no trouble sleeping with pc running 24/7, and yeah my temp drop 4°C from my previous setup, mostly because of Eheim and 1/2" pipes, the fans that I also changed are actualy lower cfm than Sunons that I had before, but makes less noise.

The case is a little gheto, but wait for 6 more months when I come back from army, and I'll make acrylic case, and put everything in the case.

looks awesome, love the resovoir. One suggestion-- replace the PVC/vinyl hose with silicone.... Vinyl can get brittle over time or soft at around 55C...

Hoses are from silicon, at least that's written on them.

I made fan adapter from 2mm Pertinax (at least I think it's called that, some sort of plastic composite). I cut pieces and glued them together with epoxy, and than sprayed everything in black.

Something else. I couldn get that stuff in slovenia, but I got what I think it's equal or even better, it's G12 cooling aditive for Volkswagen/Porsche cars , and if it's good for sports and rally cars it's good for my computer. And the stuff works too. 30% G12, 70% destiled H2O ,temp drop 1-2°C.
