Hello. I will be setting up my w/c setup (not my first w/c attempt) which will be a D-Tek TC-4 waterblock with 2 chevette heater cores( running in parallel), and with an Eheim 1250 pump. All this will be cooling a pelt, so my question is: with the Eheim 1250 will I be able to get a decent flow rate (1.5+ gpm) through the heater cores (will be after waterblock) or will I need something like the Eheim 1060? Oh yeah... this will be a 1/2" system.
Thanks ![]() |

I can't answer your first question, but I will say that the 1060 is not really appropriate for a watercooling system... it has far too much flow for the pressure it creates. You'll never see flows near it's listed maximum.

Yes for a single block the 1250 is quite enough. If you run the 2 rads in // there will be no problem at all. Have fun !
