I am making a project around that radiator. Check this out for a running commentary:
http://users.adelphia.net/~jnsholcom...erproject1.htm The only difference is that I am over-engineering it for use for multiple machines connected to that single external cooling box. Fans: you want to use Comair Rotron Caravel AC fans. They provide 550 CFM, and you will need to let this radiator breathe. That is from personal experience. If you use a weaker fan to save money, you will not get nearly the results. They cost $60 USD per fan, and while one is good, two is ideal. Pump: You want a pump that will pump over 500 GPH at over 12 ft head, and you want your entire system to be no less than 1/2" ID at any given point. The radiator, while not as restrictive as Lytron says, nevertheless is a restrictive SOB, and needs to be supplied with coolant to do its job. For tubing, use Clearflex 60 or Tygon. Use the 1/8" walled 1/2" ID tubing. You can find this at most watercooling sites. With the pressures involved you do not want to settle for less or your hose may collapse. For a waterblock, you want to PM Cathar, and see about getting one of his. If you are going to be doing multiple machines, look at the Swiftech blocks due to their lower resistance, and get a pump rated at over 700 GPH/16' head. That's all you need. Just make sure you have a decent reservoir setup, because priming that radiator isn't a walk in the park. Read my article I'm developing to get a few ideas on how this can be done.

By the way, what do you really want to do? This is the third or fourth thread you've started in the last couple of days, and all of them have wildly different goals. What's up with that? Indecisive?

wow!
nice setups u both! #rotor: u say you might be selling it, but for how much? airspirit: this one is for a friend, my pc needs to be tranportable-friendly, so no external units will serve... i did made a tread about a water element ( has you have already stated), because at that time, i didnt have a Kryotech case, you might check it out here Your setup, while quite remarkable, its just 2 big :P But seriously, Lytron 6320 inst it just too big for only 1 pc? He wants it For overclocking as much as he can, but he doesnt have money for anithing else but the radiator ( he can get all the other stuff almoust for free). I did recomend Lytron 6320 to him only because many ppl claim to get one from ebay for sums like 7x-8x-9x dollars ( he has 100 bucks to spend on a rad.) Can be as noisy as you think you can get. it only hast to fit that box, be cheap ( he will only buy the rad), and remenber, its only for 1 cpu. please, recomend some fans, cpu elements, etc. Gimme ideas! With the Lytron on one PC, he could bet away with externally mounting it and blowing a simple box fan over it (costs $10-15 USD for a cheap one). It is so large and efficient, he won't have any problem with the cooling. He will need a strong pump, though, as I stated earlier. Just use a box/desk fan blowing through it in an external mount (make a frame of plywood or something ... you don't need a box like I made). For one PC, he doesn't need anything special, fanwise, just one that will blow lots of air.
HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO INTERNALLY MOUNT THIS!!! Just wanted to make that clear. You might want to let him know that, as well. As for a water block, he has his choice. Try a Maze3 from DangerDen, for nice 1/2" performance. They run about $45 for a decent performing and not too restrictive block. Make sure you order one with a copper top, not the lexan, as those have had leaking problems.
