It shouldn't behard as zeons have a bolt on heatsink. You could just take the heatsink off and trace it out and you should have a good idea of how big to make it. You could make it just big enough for the core and have a mounting plate that extends over to theholes and bolts

or better yet, buy a regular block and get a sheet of plastic or easy to machine material and just make a custom mounting.
